At FlexBelt®, every order is carefully checked and packed before it leaves our facility. Because of our quality-control process, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. This preparation time is separate from the delivery time below.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 6 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is free on every order, and you'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your package is on its way.
Please note that the 6–12 business day estimate refers to the transit time after dispatch only — it does not include the 4-business-day processing and fulfillment period.
While we do everything we can to deliver within the estimated window, occasional delays may occur for reasons beyond our control — such as carrier backlogs, customs inspections, or other logistics disruptions. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 days from the order date. If this happens, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
